Welcome to Campus Quick Fix, LLC! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile repair services and website (https://campusquickfix.com/). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

1. Services

Campus Quick Fix, LLC is a Veteran-owned mobile repair service and proud member of Repairs First Association, providing on-site repairs for mobile phones, tablets, and laptops in our mobile repair facility. We serve students and young professionals across the DelMarVA region (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia) and southeastern PA, within a 150-mile radius of the DC Metro region.

  • Service Scope: We offer repairs (e.g., screen replacements, battery swaps), data recovery, and accessory sales (e.g., screen protectors, cases). Repairs are typically completed in under 60 minutes.
  • Service Locations: We visit university campuses and business parks—check our “Where Are We This Week” schedule for visitation dates.
  • Availability: Services are subject to scheduling and campus permissions. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or violate campus policies.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or website. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are 18 or older.
  • Minors under 18 may use our services with parental consent—contact us at support@campusquickfix.com for details.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Device Ownership: You must own the device submitted for repair or have legal authority to authorize repairs.
  • Data Backup: It is your responsibility to back up all data before submitting a device for repair. We are not liable for data loss during repairs.
  • Illegal Content: You agree not to submit devices containing illegal content (e.g., child pornography, pirated software). If discovered, we will report it to authorities per legal obligations (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and may terminate service.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit cards via secure third-party processors (e.g., Square). Failure to pay may result in withholding the device until payment is settled.

4. Service Limitations and Warranties

  • Repair Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty on repairs, covering defects in workmanship or parts. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or subsequent incidents.
  • No Guarantee: Repair times are estimates (under 60 minutes in most cases) and not guaranteed. Delays due to part availability or complexity may occur.
  • Risk of Damage: While we take utmost care, there is a risk of damage during repairs. We are not liable for pre-existing or incidental damage unless caused by gross negligence.
  • As-Is Services: Data recovery and accessory sales are provided “as-is” without additional warranties beyond manufacturer terms.

We do not share data with advertisers or third parties for marketing without your consent.

5. Website Use

  • Access: You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use (e.g., scraping, hacking) is prohibited.
  • Content: All content on our site (text, images, logos) is owned by Campus Quick Fix, LLC or licensed to us. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.
  • Links: Our site may link to third-party sites (e.g., X). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Liability Release

  • Data Loss: You acknowledge the risk of data loss during repairs and release us from liability for such loss.
  • Device Damage: You release Campus Quick Fix, LLC from liability for damage to your device during repair, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Illegal Activity: We reserve the right to report illegal activity (e.g., child pornography, human trafficking, etc.) to authorities and terminate service without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Quick Fix, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, business interruption) arising from our services or website use.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Payment and Refunds

  • Pricing: Prices are as quoted at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon service completion. We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Square) and do not store payment information.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of service if the repair fails due to our error. No refunds for client-caused damage or change of mind.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Our logo, name, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in illegal activity. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, MD.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
